REFUND POLICY


Your satisfaction with our services is important to us. Yet, becuase of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into providing our services, we have a no refund policy. Unless provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for services provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our services, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. 

 

FOR CURRENT CLIENTS - TERMS & TERMINATIONS FROM OUR AGREEMENT

All agreements may be terminated by either party upon 14 days’ written notice.

Either party may terminate or adjust this agreement upon 14 days written notice to the other party. Provided, however, that each party may terminate the Agreement immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the other party. Upon termination, Service Provider shall invoice Client for any payment due, adjusted to the amount of work actually completed, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt. No refunds will be granted on payments for active agreements.
